Search provisions
Search the current provisions of the law in force, with no model call.
The words of query are all required, and one word is enough. A word starting with - is dropped and phrases are not searched. A hit without a unit_id is left out. X-Jurisdiction names at most 3 countries; when none of them can be searched by provision the call is unsupported_jurisdiction, and free.
Charged per call. A sandbox key gets sample records.
