Search provisions POST
Search the current provisions of the law in force, with no model call. The words of `query` are all required, and one word is enough. A word starting with `-` is dropped and phrases are not searched. A hit without a `unit_id` is left out. `X-Jurisdiction` names at most 3 countries; when none of them can be searched by provision the call is `unsupported_jurisdiction`, and free. Charged per call. A sandbox key gets sample records.
