# Data processing agreement

The privacy policy sets out which document applies to you depending on how you use Azta. For business use, the published documents live in the trust center:

The same page lists the processors Azta uses, and the privacy policy says registered users are notified in advance of a material change to that list. Read the [privacy policy](https://azta.ai/legal/privacy-policy) for the roles Azta takes (controller or processor) for each kind of use.
